alternative is to use konjac rice instead of regular rice. Konjac is made from
devil’s tongue yam and is almost 97% water, making it a low-calorie food with
virtually no calories. It also provides a feeling of fullness, which helps
prevent overeating. Another method is to replace rice with high-protein foods.
Gimbap made with egg omelets for a keto diet or using firm tofu for a
vegetarian version can be helpful in reducing carbohydrate content while aiding
in dieting.
